I tried myself to get a flat and sexy abs for years but failed. I wasted hours doing sit-ups and boring cardio routines, but still had that layer of stubborn belly flab covering my abs like a blanket. I tried several abs machines, but nothing did the trick.

So after I had failed so many times to find the best ab exercises I went looking on the Internet to see what they had to offer:-
I then found this interesting site which from testimonials look too good to be true.
Its called "Truth about abs" by Expert Trainer Mike Geary and it goes into depth about ways of toning your overall body fat and shows key ways off losing weight through a control diet plan and good exercise regime. It took me a while to read all the testimonials but after that I felt happy with the overall feedback the site had got and decided to buy it for myself.

I Also then found a pretty good site focused on diet and fitness program. This was called flatten your Abs by trainer, David Grisaffi. Again the site feedback is good and people seemed to like this product once they have purchased it which says alot to me. Again I took it upon myself to read all the testimonials and once I felt happy, which I was I too decided to buy this as well.

If you're Looking for a quick fix or something like that, these 2 programs aren't for you. It took me a long time to achieve my six pack abs. It takes a lot of very hard work. If you don't really want to have perfect abs and you're not prepared to put in the effort, this isn't for you.
Both of these programs are great. But you really need just one of them to get a flat stomach. Personally, I prefer Truth About Abs, because it's more fun to read, has more information (especially cardio and nutrition related), and Mike Geary, the creator of Truth About Abs, answers all your questions quickly.

David Grisaffi is also a golf oriented fitness coach.Flatten Your Abs! is an excellent program and produces results. To have a flat stomach you need to keep a rather stricked diet and avoid certain things.Here are just a few of my Tips:-

1.) Cut down your alcohol intake.I'm not saying stop drinking alcohol completely. I enjoy an occasional beer myself, but alcohol contains a lot of sugar and empty calories. If you overdo on alcohol, you will have a hard time getting rid of that layer of flab on your midsection.

It's also a matter of knowing what you should eat and what you should never eat.Personally, I believe truth about abs is the better of these 2 programs.
